Order cancellation

  • If you have not yet paid your order, it can be canceled directly from the order details, in your Orders section. A “Cancel order” button will be visible.

  •  If your order is being prepared but hasn't been shipped yet, it might still be possible to cancel it. To do this, go to your Orders section: if there is no tracking link visible and the order status is not yet  'in progress', contact our customer service immediately via this page. We will check with the seller if it's possible to modify or cancel the order based on available stock. You will be informed of the feasibility within 24 business hours.

  • If your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Your order will be delivered as planned.

If you're unsure about the status of your order, go to your user account section, on the order details page in question: if it's still possible to cancel your order, the option will be visible in the order details.
