I was sent the wrong product due to a listing error, the keyboard was certified refurbished in good condition but the item in question was dirty with visible signs of wear and usage on it. I got played by this company.
Obviously a scam by the seller. The description on the website was, “Apple Keyboard QWERTY Wireless Magic Keyboard.” Further, the item number showed it to have TouchID. I received a wired keyboard without TouchID. I am now going through the hassle of sending the item back to the scammer in order to receive a refund. A previous refund from Back Market was sent to a “wallet” on their website requiring me to enter bank account info in order to actually receive the money. Frustrating experience at best.
The device was described as wireless and pictured with Touch ID. You sent a wired model without Touch ID. I’m reluctant to trust you again for devices where details like that matter.
