My watch did not have a full factory reset and it has a previous owners texts, photos, watch faces and apps downloaded already on the watch. The watch is also unable to factory reset for some strange reason. Visual conditions were perfect but overall watch has too many issues.
I’ve been using Back Market for a minute now and always hyped them up. I’ve bought two sets of AirPods, a MacBook, and a phone from here, and every single time they showed up looking brand new not a single scratch and working perfectly. But this Apple Watch? Totally different story. I opened the box and it literally looks like someone's dog used it as a chew toy. There are straight-up bite marks all over it. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it actually functions fine and works like it's supposed to. But cosmetically? I'm so bummed. I expected way better based on how pristine my other devices always were.
