Dell Latitude 7420 (2020) • QWERTY - English

It was good everything seems to be working fine except for the battery does not hold a charge very long after a full charge. It reads 100% but it only lasts for about five hours. Typical from the review reviews thank you. 😊

I received the laptop in good condition; however, it did not connect to internet. After many frustrating attempts, I took it to a PC repair shop and discovered no drivers were installed. The tech was able to physically hook it up to internet and download all drivers. I believe each "Refurbished" device should come with updates and drivers ready to go. Otherwise, it is not refurbished.

I like the speed and performance of this laptop, however I think during the refurbishing process, in the BIOS settings, the USB port connection was left disabled, it took me a little while to figure it out.

Great looking laptop, was easy to setup and all my files from old laptop came over perfectly. It has froze a few times by the 2nd week. Ctrl Alt Delete couldn’t even work so I had to shut down fully.

I received it before the expected delivery date. Also, it stated that it was in fair condition but it came in excellent condition. I will definitely be ordering from backmarket again.
