Great ordering experience! The laptop arrived in better than expected condition. It was marked "fair", but it looks brand new to me. Very happy with my purchase and I'll be ordering more from BackMarket.

The customer service was excellent! I keyed in a wrong email address when placing the order. I wasn’t able to go back and correct it online because the incorrect E-mail was not attached to the order, obviously. I emailed customer service And detailed what I had done, noting that I needed to receive the laptop by a certain date and had paid expedited shipping. Before I knew it, I had an email saying my order was received and the shipment would arrive in time. And my email address had been corrected on the order. Stellar customer service! As far as the laptop, it seems to be great! I’ve only been using it for a week and I am loving it. I’ve already told several people about this company and my experience. And the warranty is for a year, so what’s not to like. I was skeptical at first since this is my first order with Back Market, but I will definitely be ordering again.

As described and on time. I'm thrilled to get a refurbished laptop rather than a new one. It is clean and works beautifully.

Absolutely love this laptop. It was exactly as described. I was a little worried about the battery, but after testing it for a week, it surely passed my test. Kudos!

The computer has been great. I liked the price, it's fast, lightweight, has plenty of storage, and the battery seems reasonably good. I have a minor complaint that the cord is rather stiff and feels clunky when draping it over the table or wrapping it for transport. But functionally it works.
