First time Black Market shopper, pleasantly surprised with the amazing condition of the device. Software upgrades available. Most happy about the condition of the screen and body of the phone. Looks as good as new. I ordered a 'good' device, and thrilled. Wondering what an excellent and premium device would be like! Would recommend to anyone

It's absolutely fantabulous. It looks brand new and, so far, it's also working like new. I'm so happy I discovered Back Market... they live up to their stellar reputation.

So far so good haven't had any issues yet. It's really fast and the battery seems to be holding up good. I've never had an S-Series before so it's been quite refreshing highly recommend just be cautious and research when you are getting refurbished stuff

Purchased 2 of these . one each for my wife and me. Her phone looks new and no issues. My phone looks new but was plagued with viruses. Back Market told me to restore and reload information from old phone. Worked great for awhile but had to repeat process again. Now is working well. The support from Back Market was great.
