Galaxy S25 (2025)

The purchase and delivery were perfect. The phone was perfect in appearance and operation. I made the decision to return the phone after owning and operation for about a week. No fault of the phone whatsoever. I just realized I am not a fan of Samsung's OS as much as I thought I would be.

I was hesitant to buy refurbished but my item came in perfect condition. The battery lasts all day and more. There's no visible scratches or marks. And, in my initial few days with it, I haven't noticed any software or hardware issues. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this seller and would purchase from them again!

Great! Was able to transfer everything from my Galaxy S9 to this new phone. There are a couple tiny scratches on the screen which is why it was listed as in "fair" condition, but I don't even notice them and it was worth the discount in price! They battery also says it lasts for over 3 days, which is miles above my old phone that I had to charge a couple times a day to make it though. It was definitely time for an upgrade, and so far this refurbished Galaxy S25 is stellar!

I made the switch from iPhone to Android with this phone and I'm so pleased! I've really enjoyed my experience with this phone and despite buying it in the "Good" condition, there is almost no signs of previous use! I love getting all my tech from Backmarket and I'm loving my new phone!
