Google Pixel 9a (2025)

came unlocked as advertised, two tiny scratches on the screen but invisible unless you look at it under a bright light with the screen off. battery estimated at 100%. and i got it for $266 with the us mobile deal. best deal ever

it arrived on time, and i expected it to have some light scratches or a buff of scuff some where, there's not. if it didn't come in a basic box with nothing but the phone and charger i would have believed it was a brand new phone!

First phone (different seller) arrived with the secondary IMEI still provider-locked. BackMarket's replacement process was straightforward and quick. Replacement arrived in near perfect condition, and I got Graphene loaded on it with no issues.

The phone came in two days and it is in perfect order. I had previously ordered a Pixel 10a but the phone was unable to connect to my carrier. After confirming that the phone was unlocked and my carrier's rep couldn't connect the phone, Back Market sent me a shipping label and I was able to return it hassle free. Great customer service.

Setup and integration was easy. The only issue I have had since receiving the new phone was a one-time glitch, the screen was moving between apps on it's own, but it was fixed quickly with a simple restart. Overall, very satisfied with my buying, shipping, and integration experiences. Thanks!!
