The device came as expected, in perfect condition. Who would have thought that a refurbished laptop would look so brand new and work just like a new one. Everything from the specs, camera, microphone, fingerprint are all working fine. No scratches or signs of breaking due to falling.

Its perfect! Looks and works exactly as described. I got the good condition one & it looks brand new! A scratch or two on the bottom but not noticeable unless youre looking for it. Overall 10/10 laptop, would order from them again.

This was my first purchase with back market. I didn’t know what to expect and I am more than pleased! I ordered in fair condition and you would have thought I’d gotten it in good almost excellent condition. Very good purchase!

I purchased this HP EliteBook from Back Market in Excellent condition, so I expected it to arrive looking nearly flawless. While the laptop functions very well, I was disappointed to find several noticeable scratches and scuffs on the exterior. They don't impact performance, but they were more than I anticipated for a device listed as being in excellent condition. On the positive side, I was pleasantly surprised by the features included with the laptop. It came equipped with facial recognition, a fingerprint reader, and a backlit keyboard, all of which were unexpected bonuses and have made the overall experience much better. I also ran a battery health test and found that the battery has only 31 charge cycles, which is excellent and gave me confidence that the battery has plenty of life left. Performance has been great so far. The laptop is fast, responsive, and has handled everything I've needed without any issues. Aside from the cosmetic wear, I'm very happy with my purchase. If the exterior condition had better matched the Excellent grading, I would have easily given this a 5-star review. Overall, I would still recommend Back Market for the value, but I think the cosmetic grading could be a little more consistent.
