HP EliteBook 845 G8 (2021) • QWERTY - English

I’ll be the first to admit I was incredibly nervous about ordering a refurbished laptop. Buying tech online can feel like a gamble, and I spent quite a bit of time debating whether or not to pull the trigger. After seeing the 5-star rating and the warranty included, I finally decided to go for it, and I am so incredibly happy that I did! The listing rated the condition as "Good," but honestly, if you told me this was a brand-new machine straight out of the box, I would believe you. It is absolutely flawless no scratches, no scuffs, and it runs like a dream. The Ryzen 7 Pro and 32GB of RAM make it a powerhouse for all my management tasks and spreadsheets. Having that warranty really eased my anxiety and gave me the peace of mind I needed to make the purchase. To whoever refurbished and prepped this device for me: thank you so much! You are awesome and clearly take pride in your work. If you're on the fence about buying, just do it. This exceeded every expectation I had!

The delivery was amazingly fast, 2 days. The exterior is great, it’s exactly as advertised and has more storage than advertised. The battery is healthy (85%), and has all the specs as advertised.

Shipping didn’t take too long. The product’s condition seems to be very good. Great work on refurbishing it.

It's a fantastic laptop. It came in very good condition, minus the top cover which is peeling slightly at the edges but other than that I am VERY satisfied with my purchase. It accomplishes everything I need, has no performance issues of any kind so far. This is my 2nd laptop I've purchase through you guys and I'm very happy with the service!!

It works pretty well and is very suitable for my college major.
