Price was good, but the product I purchased was listed as Excellent condition. That means it would have a flawless screen and at least 80% battery health. The display has multiple minor scratches that you can see and feel when rubbing a finger over them. The battery health was BELOW 80% so I will have to get the battery replaced at a shop. I am genuinely surprised that they would classify this as excellent condition. After talking to customer support, the best they could do was take the iPad back, or give me $65, but this won’t even cover half of the cost to repair the battery. Side note: the iPad shipped in one layer of loose bubble wrap, in the same small box as the charging brick and cable. This was very little protection. The charging brick and cable are not apples and I suspect have a slow charging rate. Buy with the expectation that it may not meet the listed conditions
