iPhone 14 (2022)

The phone was in better condition than expected, which was great. The purchase process was good as well. The key was to keep checking back until the model, with the storage, and in the color I wanted was available. Very happy, overall. Will be back for my next phone!

Very easy to get the iPhone 14. I was informed as it tracked and it works well. It was easy to transfer the apps and data The verdict is out on the return and payment for the old phone. I packed it and mailed it. Not sure how to follow the receipt and a little confused how I get the pay. That part could have better directions.

I’ve made 3 Black Market purchases in recent years to buy an iPad and IPhones for my kids and all have a been a great experience. The phone is working great so far and it was so much cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I had a minor issue with getting payment from trading in my old phone and support took a day to respond but were extremely caring and responsive after their first reply.

My device is working good I got an excellent condition phone and it came just about that way. It came with 88% health no real scratches and a very good screen that looked new Thank you Back Market!
