iPhone 15 (2023)

iPhone 15 was listed in “good” condition. I expected some dings, dents, and scratches. Upon delivery, the phone’s exterior was in pristine condition with absolutely 0 issues. The battery life came in at 88%, and my girlfriend has had 0 issues whatsoever with her new phone in the week or so she’s had it!

This is our 4th Back Market phone and we have been thrilled with each one - they work perfectly, are in great condition, and I would have kept each one far longer (if Apple wouldn’t change them up). I tell a lot of people about Back Market - Quality and great prices!

No marks or damage to the phone , it’s came with a free charger and was seals perfect basically a brand phone

I ordered this phone in good condition so I wasn’t expecting perfect but it have visible large dent in the frame. Scratches would be fine but dents are what I expected from a fair condition phone. The screen seemed fine to me initially until I realized it was significantly raised above the frame which ment it was replaced with a cheap screen. I’ve ordered from Back Market many times with no issues but I think this is the refurbisher’s issue.
