I ordered a “good” device and it came in excellent condition! There is nothing wrong with it from what I can tell and there are absolutely no signs of previous use. The battery life is at 100%! This phone was better than I could have ever expected. The phone itself was only made in april 2024 and must not have been used much! I love it and it is perfect!

It’s bigger than I wanted but I’m adapting. There was no easy way to email the seller. The phone is in excellent condition and works well.
I am so happy with my refurbished device! The phone is great. The packaging it was sent in met my picky standards ( I hate bulky unnecessary boxes and unreliable materials). The ONLY issue I had was the delivery. FedEx in the US will not allow a delivery change for a different day, location, or time frame. So you have to have a human at the delivery location to sign for the device. This is actually what you want for an item like this so I appreciate that part. But, make sure you ship to an address that allows for this. Thank you Back Market!
Super satisfied. This was my first time using BackMarket after hearing a sustainability YouTuber I watch rave about it multiple times. My purchase was more financially-motivated. I also traded in my old iPhone 12 and got the reimbursement pretty quickly. I needed a new phone, but wasn’t willing to pay a huge price. So, when the “fair” condition says “signs of wear,” it’s honest. There are definitely some scratches on the screen but nothing that affects the quality or function whatsoever. Overall I’m definitely planning on purchasing from BackMarket again in the future and I’ve already recommended it to a few friends.
