iPhone 15 Pro Max (2023)

This is my first time doing a BackMarket iphone. I've done laptops with great success. I feel this iPhone had the touchscreen replaced with a non Apple glass. Touch is either oversensative or non existant. I've had to disable all wake on raise or other settings that may turn the glass on. Dissapointed but don't have the time right now to deal with it.

I had a delivery issue and got in contact with support and was on a email chain for a couple days until the package was found and I got the phone it’s in great condition and the packaging was nice and confidents inspiring, phone is flawless and is a nice change from my iPhone 10 lol

Deliver was in 2 days. I was able to activate it in minutes with no problems. Looks as nice as a new phone. Love it.

I have had reason to purchase many items from Back Market because not only do I use them for our family but also purchase them for young people in Africa. The items I have purchased have worked well and were received as advertised. The iPhone 15 Por Max I purchased for myself has been great. It was of the “excellent “ category and it is living up to that level so far. I have had it less than a month but all is well. I highly recommend this reseller for it quick and reliable service.

The phone has been as good as new and I got it quicker than I was expecting. The packaging for the phone didn’t seem as thick as I would expect for such a large purchase but the phone did not get damaged in transit. Overall I’m very pleased I went through Backmarket probably saved me $400 and the phone works great and the battery life is at 100%
