The device works and IMEI number was clear but Apple did notify me upon start up that the screen was replaced with a non-genuine product and was not functioning as expected. This was not noted in the sale description of the product before purchasing.

I’ve been trying to purchase the extended warranty however the site doesn’t allow that. I tried calling but the lady couldn’t answer any questions then told me she was trying to look up simple questions and hung up. In the meantime, the first time I plugged in the charger with the cord provided it gave a liquid warning from the charger. I’ve used now other chargers and it never stays connected constantly goes in and out. How do we contact you for help other than the automated circles of nowhere to send and email for help???

Battery life is bad. Barely makes it thru a day—I have to charge as soon as I get home from work. Tends to get hot while charging and stops itself before fully charged. Not feeling great about my purchase tbh.

I ordered one in black and the other in Desert Titanium (512GB) with excellent condition and the delivery came in as two black 512GBs in excellent condition. Little disappointed in that I didn’t get exactly what I paid for.

The only issues I had was with FedEx. Everything BackMarket was amazing. The phone is in great condition and the battery life was 100% no noticeable scratches and a great device.
