Honestly, I expected better for a device listed as “Good”, especially considering the price. The MacBook arrived with several scratches and dents, and the battery has over 400 charge cycles, which, in my opinion, doesn’t really match the condition I expected for a “Good” device. The only reason I’m not returning it is because I already had to return a previous MacBook due to receiving the wrong storage capacity. I don’t want to keep wasting time shipping devices back and waiting for replacements. I really need this computer for studying, and it works well enough for what I need, so I’ll keep it. However, I don’t think it’s the best value for the price.

Surprised with how new it looks even though it's a 2020 model. I got in in the "good" condition. It came in an opened macbook box with a charger inside. Had 89% battery health when I got it. As an animation/digital art student, it handles the softwares that I need pretty well (specifically photoshop and clip studio). Battery life is decent but I sometimes need to plug it in for more heavy use. For note taking and watching videos, it lasts a decent amount on battery especially compared to my gaming laptop. Integrates great with my other Apple devices . Overall, I'm having a pretty good experience especially with how much money I have saved buying used. Would buy from back market again.

So far, so good! The only issue I've run into is the "1" key was really sticky, I had to pull it off and clean underneath. It arrived a little dirty but otherwise it works perfectly well as any new laptop. I'm using this for DJing specifically and the processing power seems to be great.

Its horrible, I ordered this macbook and instead got a Lenovo Think book. Completely different brand, i feel scammed.
