The device came as expected, in perfect condition. Who would have thought that a refurbished laptop would look so brand new and work just like a new one. Everything from the specs, camera, microphone, fingerprint are all working fine. No scratches or signs of breaking due to falling.
This is my third purchase from back market and, as usual, I'm very satisfied with my brand new second hand machine. I bought the " excellent" condition one and it only has a minor scratch underneath, but otherwise 10/10. I started working on it immediately after receiving it.
I live in Colorado, so was concerned about my refurbished Hp EliteBook 840 would be delayed being shipped from Toronto Canada, and what if my laptop had any issues. First, the Hp EliteBook 840 is awesome, could't be happier, processor speed is lightning fast, graphics excellent, sound fantastic....and it arrived a day early...absolutely would recommend Back Market for your technical purchases...very satisfied!!
Everything is ok, fast delivery and the laptop looks like new ! Far away from just a “ fair” condition! We will buy from you guys again and we bought already a couple of other devices!
Its perfect! Looks and works exactly as described. I got the good condition one & it looks brand new! A scratch or two on the bottom but not noticeable unless youre looking for it. Overall 10/10 laptop, would order from them again.
Here’s what you help prevent on average by choosing a reborn laptop over a brand new one.
That’s like driving an SUV from San Jose to San Diego.
That’s around the weight of 198 pairs of AirPods.
That’s the equivalent of 33 bicyles.
That’s 255 years of an adult’s water consumption.
